Curating Your Life: Ending the Struggle for Work-Life Balance

The idea of “work-life balance” can feel like an impossible standard. Instead of chasing balance, what if you focused your energy on what matters most—both personally and professionally?

Join Chicago Finance Exchange for a virtual program with Gail Golden, leadership consultant and author of Curating Your Life, as she shares practical strategies for identifying and pursuing your most important goals. Drawing on real-life stories, research, and more than two decades of experience advising leaders, Gail will introduce the curation model, a powerful framework to help you shift from struggling with balance to intentionally designing a fulfilling life.

    Topics will include:

    • Why “work-life balance” doesn’t work
    • How to apply the curation model in daily life
    • The power of saying no
    • Knowing when “good enough” is truly enough
    • How to pursue greatness where it matters most

Bring your favorite beverage, join the conversation, and gain tools to help you curate a life that is both productive and joyful.
