The Member Engagement Committee invites you to a Conversation Circle on Executive Coaching, led by CFE member, Sandra Nash.

Ever wish you had someone outside of your organization who you could go to who could help you strengthen a specific skill or skills?  Sandra did. 

Last year she asked her CEO if she could work with an Executive Coach to help her strengthen a few specific skills that she felt she needed in order to be a stronger CFO. 

In her words, the experience was game-changing! During the five-month coaching engagement, she learned things about herself that gave her new perspectives and tools for to use to fast-track her development in those areas.
