Amy has been a CFO for more than 12 years and has diverse experiences that spans public and private equity-back firms engaged in trading, retail broker-dealer, investment banking, and operating a clearing house. Her skillset is broader than the corporate finance functions of accounting, finance, and treasury. It includes strategy, strategic sourcing, managing projects, facilities and business engineering teams.

Gabriella (Gabby) Kusz, COO, Blockfills

Gabriella Kusz MBA, MPP, CPA : Gabriella Kusz presently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BlockFills. Prior to joining BlockFills, Kusz was co-founder and CEO of the Global DCA, a self-regulatory organization for the digital asset industry. In this capacity she worked to advance responsible innovation globally through business development, government relations and the design and development of core principles to guide industry actors around the world. Kusz's career began in the field of international economic and financial sector development. Previously, she led the corporate governance and financial reporting workstream for the World Bank's Middle East and North Africa region and served as the Principal for Strategic Initiatives at the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

Andrea (Andie) Kramer, Founding Member, AskKramer Law

Andrea S. (Andie) Kramer, JD, is the founding member of ASKramer Law; previously serving as a senior partner at two global law firms in Chicago. Her practice focuses on U.S. federal law in the finance and energy industries; advising businesses, funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals on digital asset investments, investment policies and procedures, tax advice, and operational and due diligence protections. She is a major contributor to the literature on legal and tax issues with respect to cryptocurrency, NFTs, blockchain, and DeFi transactions—and is recognized by JD Supra and The National Law Review for her thought leadership in the field. Andie is an active member of the Cryptocurrency Task Force at the American Bar Association’s Section on Taxation. She regularly provides training for a range of audiences, including professionals at the U.S. Treasury and the IRS.
