Negotiating: A Path to Success is a dynamic presentation which covers how to establish goals, communicate effectively, reach an agreement which benefits all parties, and confirm the deal that we negotiate.

Attendees will walk away with an understanding of how to adequately prepare for each negotiation, how to present and defend a position, and how to control the agenda.  We will discuss negotiation strategies, conversational techniques, the power of language and the secrets of great persuaders. 

A light dinner will be served.
